Class Projects

Each C-Change class is divided up into small project teams and is asked to create a project that will impact the community in some meaningful way as well as engage another 200 young professionals outside of the C-Change program, living and working in the region.

The community projects serve as a means to better the community but more importantly as a leadership development curriculum tool, as members of the class must learn to work in teams, define roles and responsibilities and generate a viable project that addresses the challenge and offers a solution that is executed before the class dismisses.
